Daily hydration tracking

A habit you can actually see.

IyalSip turns your daily water goal into a gauge that rises as you drink. Tap once to log 250 ml, 500 ml or a custom amount, watch the fill climb, check your trend, done. No account, no subscription, no cloud watching what you drink.

Free to download. Optional one-time Pro unlock — never a subscription.

Inside the app

The whole app is one screen and a chart.

Overview is where you log and watch the level rise. Trends is where you find out whether the habit is actually sticking.

The IyalSip overview screen, showing 1.25 litres of a 2.5 litre goal above a blue water fill that reaches halfway up the screen, with quick-log buttons for 250 millilitres, 500 millilitres and a custom amount.

What it does

One tap to log. Nothing else to learn.

A rising water gauge turns progress into something physical — you can tell how the day is going without reading a number. The interface stays tight on purpose, because a habit tracker you have to think about is a habit tracker you stop opening.

  • Water fill gauge — progress you read at a glance, not in a table.
  • Quick-log 250 or 500 ml — the two taps that cover most drinks.
  • Custom amounts — for the bottle that isn’t a round number.
  • A goal you set — not one an algorithm picked for you.
  • 7, 30 and 60-day trends — enough history to see the pattern.

Set your goal once

Pick a daily target in litres or millilitres. Change it whenever you like; nothing else depends on it.

Tap as you drink

250 ml, 500 ml, or a custom amount. The gauge answers immediately, so logging feels like progress rather than admin.

Check the trend weekly

Averages across 7, 30 and 60 days show whether the habit is holding. No streak guilt, no push notifications nagging you.

  • No sign-up required before you get value.
  • No cloud account needed to track your intake.
  • No remote database holding your history.
  • No subscription to unlock any feature.
  • No analytics or ad SDKs in the binary.

Your data, always yours

Health apps have a habit of oversharing.

IyalSip has nothing to share. Everything you log is stored on your iPhone and never leaves it. Health data is among the most sensitive there is, which is exactly why none of it is sent anywhere.

We can’t see your data. Nobody can. That’s the point.

Roadmap

What’s coming next.

The core habit loop is solid. These three additions are already in the works.

Next

Home screen widget

Today’s fill level on your home screen without opening the app — a glanceable gauge that keeps the habit front of mind.

After that

Apple Health sync

Write daily intake to Apple Health so your hydration data sits alongside the rest of your health records. Opt-in, and it stays on-device.

Later

Streak tracking

Consecutive days at goal, visible at a glance. A small motivator that adds up over weeks without turning the app into a game.

The rest of the suite

Same rules, different job.
